From kitchens abroad to a dessert atelier in Taiwan
I'm a software engineer who has lived across Belgium, Türkiye, and Saudi Arabia, where dessert is not an afterthought, but a language of hospitality.
Over more than ten years, I've tasted authentic Western and Middle Eastern sweets, then returned to the kitchen to refine them myself through trial and error until the texture, aroma, and balance felt right.
What I love making most are cheesecakes, cream puffs, tiramisu, baklava, and kunafah. This site is my way of bringing those flavors and my own variations to Taiwan.
